HFA are excited to announce we will be hosting an exclusive interview with Dr Michiel Coppens to answer community questions about gene therapy. Submit your questions using the form below.

Gene Therapy: ‘Ask Me Anything’ with Dr Michiel Coppens

Dr Michiel Coppens
Dr Michiel Coppens.

Chaired by Dr Stephanie P’Ng, join us as we speak with Dr Michiel Coppens about everything gene therapy. Led by your questions, Dr Coppens will shed light on what gene therapy is, how it works, and how it can be used to treat people with haemophilia.

Dr Coppens draws on his extensive knowledge of haemophilia and experience in gene therapy – he dosed the first Dutch patient with gene therapy back in 2015 – to provide answers that are both thorough and easy to understand.

This is an opportunity not to be missed. Send us your questions by midnight (AEST) Sunday 5 May and participate in the conversation.

The survey has now closed. Thank you everyone for your participation.
